Motivate employees, Make new things possible

Stability Needs Agility

Today, many companies commit themselves to Agile Management – but only a few really implement it properly. For many years, consistency has guided the successful introduction and operationalisation of Agile Methods all the way through to complete corporate transformations. We empower and drive Agile Management and organisational processes to master complex business challenges and to sustainably increase our clients’ ability to change and innovate.

Promote Agility, Maintain Stability

Digital technologies and business models fundamentally change companies: Currently, value-added processes (often structured in silos and segments) are transformed into complex networks of companies, customers and suppliers. These dynamic forms of value creation require Agile Management methods, highly responsive organisational units and correspondingly agile employees who work together across internal borders. At the same time, organisations and employees need a high degree of stability, continuity, and orientation to reliably and efficiently meet the growing expectations of their customers.

Agile and Stable at the Same Time

Resilient companies are in a position to successfully shape change. For this, they require a high degree of flexibility. The challenge is to keep them stable under unstable market conditions through permanent adjustments. In this way, agility and stability come into a dynamic equilibrium.

Even in the Scrum process, agility and stability alternate constantly. Sprints are short, stable phases in which neither the objectives nor the tasks are changed in order to secure the connection between the mission and the result. In cyclical reviews, the results are examined, feedback is collected and tasks and objectives are adapted in an agile manner. This rapid change from agile to stable phases makes Agile Management as promising as it is demanding.
