Our working world has changed rapidly in recent years. Increasing networking and digitalisation – but also sudden changes such as the pandemic – are further accelerating the pace of change and making the prediction of future challenges ever more complex. Continuous reflection and subsequent adaptation are essential if we want to work together effectively and successfully. The flexibility and high adaptability of agile ways of working offer us the opportunity to empower people to use these methods for themselves. In the end, this creates added value for everyone involved: from the organisation to the employees to the customers. Creating added value without losing focus on people is what excites me about working at consistency.

I already had my first contact with agile methods during my studies in economics and business psychology. What I learned in combination with practical experience alongside my university studies laid the foundation for my skills, which are further promoted at consistency through numerous trainings and advanced training courses. The focus here is on personal and professional development.

In my private life, I find balance in various sports such as beach volleyball, football or weight training, in case I don’t spend my free time with friends and family.
