The urge for variety, adventure and special moments that leave you breathless has always shaped my decisions.
15 years working in different industries, helped to discover the diversity of management consulting in my search for new challenges. My biggest motivators are to continuously develop myself and actively shape organisations. I am particularly fascinated by how the most diverse perspectives and approaches can achieve one common goal.
The successful implementation of change processes requires transparency, an understanding of the need for change, and real success stories. Agile methods and new technologies can help to quickly achieve convincing results.
Enthusiasm at work, creativity in finding solutions and developing customer teams are particularly important to me. I like to be inspired by new technologies, courageous and creative personalities, exciting events and profound conversation on business psychology.
