For me, agile working offers the structures and at the same time the freedom to react effectively and efficiently to customer requirements. Through my studies as a psychologist I am trained to recognise structures and patterns and to actively support individuals in mastering complex changes.

At consistency, I have the opportunity to use my empathic and structural skills in the best possible way for the benefit of our clients. The diversity of project assignments and the commitment of each individual colleague at consistency promote continuous learning in a very unique way. At consistency, I learned what teamwork and self-organisation really mean and how I can empower others.

In my spare time, I like to browse record stores and cook for my family and friends. I am also a passionate basketball player.
