Sonja Hädicke

An open mind, the ability and the willingness to explore novel paths – these are among the essential prerequisites to successfully implement change. As a consultant, I see it as my role to be your reliable companion in such endeavours. With my background in the social and economic sciences and many years of international experience, I am able to identify pressing needs and problems, decipher complex issues and convey different perspectives.

Employee and organisational development are topics I am especially passionate about. My objective is to show people ways to work more effectively and self-determined by supporting them in the introduction and optimisation of methods, processes and systems. Agility and continuous improvement are part of our daily work at consistency and we are eager to pass on our first-hand experience.

Braving the unknown and making ambitious changes a reality clearly requires determination, and often also courage. By repeatedly immersing myself in foreign cultures, I have developed a feeling for how people can find a common path despite – or perhaps because of – their differences. Amazingly, I also got to witness the incredible synergies can be created in the process. Such cooperation is made possible by openness, honesty, empathy and humour – values that are close to our hearts at consistency.

I greatly enjoy fuelling my constant desire for knowledge and learning in the exchange with inspiring personalities – be it while travelling, reading or at cultural events. Privately, I find strength and balance when swimming, cooking or spending time in the great outdoors.
