For me, the synergy of value-added thinking and the aspiration to focus on the well-being of employees and customers is the sweet spot of entrepreneurial action and culture. Because those who establish long-term relationships with customers and employees will also be able to celebrate long-term success with them. This, coupled with the ability to continuously change and an environment where people can turn their fantastic ideas into reality, represents for me the ideal organisation.

As a consultant with a background in cultural studies, psychology and economics, I look at the organisation at all levels, from individuals to policies, and see a person as a whole. In this way, I bring together the advantages of different disciplines and manage to enable people and thus organisations to develop their full potential and live innovation.

In doing so, I also draw on the agile mindset and effective methods of consistency, where we live agility and self-actualisation and thus bring them into our clients’ organisations. Our mutual appreciation, diversity and professional competence is what motivates and empowers me to give my best every day for our company and our clients.

Apart from my daily work as a consultant, I am also very interested in learning and culture and have therefore lived for several years in different corners of the world, which has had a great impact on me both privately and professionally. I find balance and peace in simple things like yoga, jogging, reading and especially spending a lot of time with dear people.

Classic economic theory, based as it is on an inadequate theory of human motivation, could be revolutionized by accepting the reality of higher human needs, including the impulse to self actualization and the love for the highest values.”
