In our dynamic and fast-paced working world, continuous learning is not a nice-to-have for me, but an essential component. Since the beginning of my bachelor’s degree and continuing with my master’s degree in Management & Economics, I have therefore attached great importance to supplementing theoretical foundations with practical experience.
Academically, my focus is on strategic topics such as the transformation of business models, change management practices and modern leadership approaches (e.g. empowerment leadership).
My previous activities in sales, PMO and internal data analysis have given me a wide range of insights and in-depth skills. In addition, I have a strong network orientation and enjoy connecting people and creating joint solution spaces.
Consistency is the optimal environment to use my analytical skills, structured way of working, enthusiasm for change processes and networking in a targeted manner.
Even outside of the professional environment, it is important to me to constantly broaden my horizons. That’s why I regularly try new sports, including diving, kickboxing and swimming. In addition, I appreciate the time with family and friends as a valuable balance.
