Project management, artificial intelligence, and the design of future-oriented IT solutions are the topics that particularly interest me and that I am currently exploring in depth as part of my master’s thesis. In this context, I engage intensively with the impacts of digital technologies — especially artificial intelligence — on organizations and processes. In my role as a working student at Consistency, I actively contribute to the implementation of digital transformation initiatives.
Curiosity, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ambition to actively shape the digital future characterize my approach to work. I place great value on trust, clear communication, reliability, and working at eye level. My work at Consistency provides an environment in which open exchange, responsibility, and shared learning are a given. Through this close collaboration, I continuously develop both professionally and personally.
I find balance to my professional activities through sports, particularly show jumping, as well as through traveling abroad, which allows me to gain new perspectives.
