During my studies in industrial engineering, I was already intensively involved with processes and their optimization. I analyze processes and identify barriers in order to achieve exceptional solutions and improvements for and with our customers. Individual expertise and skills are important, but you can only achieve outstanding work together as a team. My “golden rules” for successful teams are: always be a role model as a consultant, get involved, motivate your project partners, make successes visible, visualize progress, fight for the cause with heart and be collegial and appreciative.
As a native Berliner, I enjoy the inspiring big city and find balance in basketball, Muay Thai and kitesurfing. The most important thing at the moment, however, is my little son, who grounds me and inspires me in equal measure.
