I am a trained banker and business administration graduate with several years of practical experience as a manager in a leading global bank. Here I also had the opportunity to gain international experience as part of a one-year talent development program for young managers, in which I represented the German division.
My passion for problem solving doesn’t stop at work. In my spare time, I am an avid boulderer. For me, bouldering is like a metaphor for life itself. Every hold and every route is a new challenge that has to be mastered. This requires strategic thinking, flexibility and endurance.
