Driving real impact through complex transformations and successfully delivering software projects is my greatestmotivation. From early on, I developed a strong interest in organizational and technological change, which I now apply in my day-to-day work with our clients. My professional focus lies in project and change management for softwareimplementations, particularly in the context of SAP S/4HANA as well as other SaaS solutions. I support our clientimplementation from end to end – from structured project setup, the management of complex stakeholder landscapes, tosuccessful delivery in day-to-day operations.
For me, business processes are a key success factor in any transformation. The analysis, optimization, and redesign ofend-to-end processes therefore form a core part of my work. With certifications in PRINCE2 and Six Sigma, I combinemethodological knowledge with a pragmatic, execution-oriented approach. Beyond technology and processes, changemanagement plays a decisive role. Transparent communication, active involvement of the affected teams, and clear goalorientation are, in my view, essential to embedding change sustainably within an organization.
At Consistency, I am particularly motivated by delivering complex initiatives reliably and building long-termpartnerships with our clients. Outside of work, I live with my family in the Munich area, where the proximity to themountains provides the ideal balance and fresh perspectives.
