I was born in China, spent my formative years in Germany and now live and work in the United Kingdom. My experience has taught me that no matter where I am in the world, empathy is the most important attribute to create and maintain successful and lasting relationships.

As a consultant, I want to help organizations empower their employees to self-organization so that they can drive the business and make it thrive in an ever-changing world. To achieve this aim I chose to work at consistency, a company that puts trust in its employees and encourages them to constantly challenge themselves. We do not only consult our clients in the agile way of work but we also embody this mindset in our own company.

Through my voluntary work with people with special needs, I have realized for my professional life that I want to work for a business that does not only focus on the bottom line but is also an asset to society.

My perfect Sunday would be spent eating a hearty meal after a mountain bike ride through the rolling British landscape.

I find, when you’re an optimist, life has a funny way of looking after you.
