Even in the Scrum process, agility and stability alternate constantly. Sprints are short, stable phases in which neither the objectives nor the tasks are changed in order to secure the connection between the mission and the result. In cyclical reviews, the results are examined, feedback is collected, and tasks and objectives are adapted in an agile manner. This rapid change from agile to stable phases makes Agile Management as promising as it is demanding.
