The aspiration for a new professional challenge, which fulfils me and in which I find meaning, led me to consistency. Here I am offered the opportunity to develop professionally and personally and to dedicate myself in my daily work to tasks that I enjoy.

Early on in my studies of business psychology, I discovered that my heart beats for the topic of human resource management because people are at the centre of attention here. I find the topic motivation and the resulting actions of people particularly exciting that I always try to question and understand. As an HR assistant I support the team in the area of recruiting as well as all other related topics. It is of particular importance to me that all employees and potential employees feel well and comfortable – this is how I can make my contribution to the unique culture of consistency.

I find my balance in sports, where I devote myself passionately to athletics. In order to find peace and calm, I prefer to spend time with friends and family or to let myself be carried away by a good TV series.
