You offer
- Knowledge and experience in introducing and coaching agile methods and frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking and their scaling)
- Initial experience in systemic coaching of agile teams
- A high degree of empathy, optimism and enthusiasm
- Ability to openly discuss issues and find appropriate solutions
- Commitment towards customers, colleagues and companies
- High willingness to take on responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking for customers, colleagues and companies
- Fluent in English (must-have!)
- High degree of mobility
