You offer

  • Knowledge and experience in introducing and coaching agile methods and frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking and their scaling)
  • Initial experience in systemic coaching of agile teams
  • A high degree of empathy, optimism and enthusiasm
  • Ability to openly discuss issues and find appropriate solutions
  • Commitment towards customers, colleagues and companies
  • High willingness to take on responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking for customers, colleagues and companies
  • Fluent in English (must-have!)
  • High degree of mobility
