VUCA World: Reflect current trends and characteristics of the VUCA world and understand their relation to agile values

Management X vs. Management Y: Understanding the prerequisites for establishing a agile way of working and adopting the requirements of an agile organization

Agile leadership: Learning to overcome the challenges of agile teams in the context of incremental product delivery

Leadership of self-organized teams: Being able to adapt the role of leadership in self-organized teams around the topic of continuous improvement

Team empowerment: Being able to apply methodologies for fostering self-organized and cross-functional Teams intrinsic motivation & meaningfulness to continuously maximize business value and knowledge

  Location: On site at your company or at one of our training Locations (Düsseldorf, Essen, Berlin, München, Wien)

Prior Know-How: Basic know-how of agile principles and values, basic know-how of Scrum (preferably with certification), basic know-how of agile methods (e.g. Scrum, KanBan, Design Thinking), experience in change management or change support, Lean Practitioner Training helpful
