What we wish from you
a university degree with a focus on economic, psychology or any other field that contributes to the area of People & Transformation
2-3 years practical and relevant experience, ideally in consulting
excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as strong project management skills – preferably with agile methods
a good understanding of people and situations as well as diplomatic skills
strong communication skills and enjoy taking on the role of a facilitator and presenter
a sustained commitment to customers, colleagues and companies
a high degree of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
