What we wish from you

  • a university degree with a focus on economic, psychology or any other field that contributes to the area of People & Transformation
  • 2-3 years practical and relevant experience, ideally in consulting
  • excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as strong project management skills – preferably with agile methods
  • a good understanding of people and situations as well as diplomatic skills
  • strong communication skills and enjoy taking on the role of a facilitator and presenter
  • a sustained commitment to customers, colleagues and companies
  • a high degree of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Flexibility & willingness to travel
