Creating real change with my work and making a difference for the client – that is my biggest motivation. Already as a student of business computer science I was engaged scientifically with agile methods in management and today more than ever I am convinced that agile companies are best able to achieve their goals in a result-oriented and action leading way.

The levers of a successful agile transformation, however, are the people, employees, and team members and their need for meaning, empowerment, and creative freedom. My passion is to be able to empower and motivate them in the long-term to design their own processes, as well as to contribute to the success of the company with their perspectives and abilities.

As the Managing Director of consistency, I always try to promote the further development of the team and the company. Creating real agility, with all its ups and downs, is a lot of fun for me and makes me proud of our consistency family. In general, it is essential for me to develop all relationships with clients and employees into reliable and long-term partnerships – often also friendships. I share my curiosity about people and the world with my family, with whom I prefer to spend time – as a “Munich man in the heart” and a skier in the mountains.
