David Diehl

For me, adapting mature company structures to the dynamic and complex business environment is both a challenge and the greatest motivation.

This is where agility with its values and principles comes in and offers companies more flexibility and efficiency in achieving their objectives. Understanding agility and striving for a continuous improvement process at all levels of the company, from the individual employee to the management level, is what I consider to be two of the key success factors of an agile organisation.

As a mechanical engineer I understand how to analyse and structure complex processes. However, the people behind each process are crucial for me. This is exactly where I start and together with the entire team we optimise the processes and interactions step by step. This evolutionary approach leads to more commitment and sustainability in establishing agility in everyday work. Team spirit and full identification with the customer are of utmost importance here, because a trusting collaboration with all participants is essential for mutual success.

I enjoy my free time with lots of exercise and friends. When I’m not on the sports field, I like to be out in the mountains with friends.
