The motivation to pursue a career in management consulting emerged from the diversity as well as the constant and rapid change in the business. This represents both a challenge and a motivation for me.

My studies in economics at home and abroad are characterised by my focus on finance, accounting and energy business law. With this background, I can help our clients to establish and optimise processes in an industry such as the energy sector, which is heavily governed by regulation.

In the course of past work experience, I have come into contact with agile working methods. For me, these are characterised in particular by the fact that you can help people to be more efficient, but at the same time also have more fun at work, thus creating sustainable added value. This was also the reason why my path led me to consistency, as it puts people first.

I like to spend my free time with my family and friends. Furthermore, my free time is characterised by various types of sports and travelling.
