I strongly believe that the combination of clear processes, open communication and honest human focus is the key to successful collaboration. This conviction fuels my fascination with agile methods, which provide a supportive framework in this regard. By building autonomy, trust and continuous improvement, agile ways of working enable a high degree of adaptability to changing circumstances and thus offer companies flexibility and efficiency in achieving their goals. This can create win-win-win situations: For clients, companies and employees.
Through my psychology studies and subsequent scientific work, my professional foundation lies in topics of digital transformation, change management, staff and team development. I am particularly interested in the empowerment of individuals and the interaction of diverse personalities in team and change processes. In my eyes, recognising, promoting and using the different perspectives, needs and backgrounds of a person is as valuable as it is complex.
I am all the more inspired by the appreciative and familiar cooperation at consistency, which makes the agile values tangible both internally and externally.
I have also experienced real team cohesion for many years through my involvement as a scout. Here I can completely switch off from everyday life and enjoy nature and community on hikes with tents and good friends. I also get in a good mood when singing and dancing Lindy Hop.
