Passion is what I have been looking for for a long time and have now found at consistency! The motivation and energy of each individual jumps over immediately and inspires to make visions become reality.

It is important to me to constantly rekindle my own passion through the versatility of the consulting, the unique form of cooperation and the constant further development. In doing so, it is a matter of the heart for me to support other people in (re)discovering and developing their personal passion in order to enable joy in work, efficiency and innovation, thus ensuring long-term success together.

Even during my studies of Industrial and Organisational Psychology as well as International Management and Psychology, I was often confronted with modern management methods and working methods. But it was only through the international and interdisciplinary cooperation in various teams in my professional life that I realised the added value of an agile mindset and innovative methods, for example.

The approach of consistency, to stand by our customers as a reliable partner instead of a simple service provider, in order to jointly meet the challenges of the constantly changing world of work, is a philosophy with which I fully identify. In this way, immense added value can be achieved sustainably on the basis of cooperation in partnership, combined with years of experience and entrepreneurial passion.

In my free time, you are likely to find me out in the fresh air. Whether it’s hiking, mountain biking, skiing or simply going for a long walk, they help me recharge my batteries, gain perspective and be consciously grateful. Since my family and friends come first for me, I am all the more pleased that there is no blurred line between work and private life in consistency.
