In my business studies, I focused on the areas of human resources and corporate management. I also apply my passion for HR topics at consistency and support our clients in optimising processes.

The opportunity to continuously develop myself personally and professionally and the close cooperation with people are the reasons why I decided to work for consistency in management consulting. It gives me pleasure to support other people to become more efficient and to find more fun in their work at the same time. It fascinates me to see how these goals can be achieved in the shortest possible time both in our projects and at consistency with the use of agile methods and management approaches.

I prefer to spend my free time with my family and in nature. Through my travels I get new strength and inspiration and find peace and serenity in regular yoga.
