In my job I search for freedom and meaning and find it every day anew in management consulting. I love to study, learn and try new things. My most formative experiences include my stays in India and Thailand as part of my studies – during which I was able to see life from different perspectives. My practical consulting experience thrives in complex transformation projects, in which I constantly develop my lean & agile expertise.

In order to meet their increasingly complex challenges, organisations strive to make processes and structures more efficient, responsive, and leaner. However, to really become “lean & agile”, you need a consistent attitude based on shared values and principles, where culture, leadership and strategy fit together. At consistency, we are committed to exactly that, and we help executives, teams and entire organisations successfully shape their goals, steps – and above all, the social dynamics of their transformational processes.

I spend my free time in the mountains and the beautiful surroundings of my homeland, preferably in the friendly-presence of my family and friends.
