During my studies, the focus was on sustainable resource management and particularly on the efficient and sustainable use of natural resources in a constantly and rapidly changing environment.

Exactly here is my intersection to consistency. Especially the challenging task of supporting companies in achieving sustainable success in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and turbulent environment is what appeals to me. For me, the focus is on identification with the client. Recognising and understanding the client’s wishes, problems and needs is both a challenge and my greatest motivation as a consultant.

At consistency, I value the professional and familiar environment in which I can continuously develop myself.

Privately I like to travel and combine my curiosity and fascination for discovering foreign worlds and cultures with my love for nature. However, I most like spending my free time on the back of horses.
